🔄 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Items marked as non-returnable, personalized, or clearance sale are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@povtaka.com with your order number and reason for return.
💸 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You’ll receive an email notification regarding the status of your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds may be delayed during high-volume periods.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, kindly return the original item and place a new order.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Order number and issue description
We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or full refund.
