At Povtaka, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a simple cancellation process, subject to the conditions below.
🛑 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel an order, please email us at support@povtaka.com with your order number and cancellation request.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
❗ Exceptions
We cannot accept cancellations for:
- Orders that have already been shipped.
- Customized, made-to-order, or clearance items.
